Create A Mobile Schedule For Your Next Event

New York City Arts Fest_Web App_iPhone_Event OrganizerYou’ve spent months planning out the schedule for your upcoming conference or event. Timing out 55 minute panels so they don’t drag too long, and 15 minute breaks leave just enough time for coffee and networking.

Then, the inevitable. Food trucks are late. Panelists cancel. Plans change.

Luckily for you, making a last-minute change is no problem with Allcal’s mobile schedule app. The free app lets you create an entire calendar for your conference, festival or event, share it with ticket-holders and update the schedule at any time – right from your smartphone.

Download Allcal from the Apple App Store

Plus, the entire schedule stays updated in real-time. So any change you make on your phone, instantly updates for every single attendee.

“Allcal is an essential tool to make any event run smoothly,” Mia Goros, Vice President of Events at SoGal, explained. “It was extremely helpful in informing the attendees of any last minute changes and additions for our #SoGalFest.”

SoGal, a female-focused community of entrepreneurs, throws several events each year in Los Angeles, California. The company used Allcal to help organize its recent SoGal YouTuber Fest in Santa Monica.

As soon as attendees downloaded the Allcal App, they were able to add the entire SoGal YouTuber Fest calendar.

In just a few steps, ticket-holders had a mobile schedule that stayed up-to-date, and even sent pop-ups when the organizers had to add another speaker at the last minute.

“Allcal is the best tool to help event planners keep track of everything,” Chenchen Sun, Lead of SoGal Los Angeles, said. “It is revolutionary – paperless, timely, and with infinite possibilities.”

How do I share the calendar with attendees?

It’s easy!

By creating a public calendar on Allcal, attendees must simply download the Allcal app from the Apple App Store, or register on their Desktop.

Then they can search for your event in the public calendar section, and add the entire calendar to their Allcal account.

Once attendees have your calendar, they will be able to see all the latest times, view chat messages, and get instantly notified if something changes.

Do they have to register to see the events?

Anyone can see an Allcal public calendar and its events using a Desktop or smartphone, even if they don’t have an account with us.

However, they will not be able to take advantage of many of our unique communication tools, such as pop-ups on their phone of crucial, last-minute changes. For attendees to get the most out of your event, we strongly suggest they get an Allcal account.

How much does it cost?

Allcal is a free calendar sharing platform.

It is free to set up an account, create a public calendar, and share it with others. Your attendees also get to use all of our services at no charge.

How do I get started?

Simply download the Allcal app on your iPhone or iPad, or create a free account on our Desktop app.

Create your Public Calendar, add some upcoming events, then start sharing! There’s no limit to how many people can follow your calendar, and any changes you make will instantly be updated on all of their devices.
